ADMIN – We are a high-growth, financial, professional firm in Gig Harbor, WA (celebrating 8 years) looking to provide an enthusiastic, personable, customer service orientated individual the opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This permanent administrative position (starting part-time) is for Monday-Friday, from 8:30 am until 5pm, no weekends or holidays.
Financial services licenses, as well as experience and understanding of insurance and investment products a plus, but not required.

The perfect candidate must be exceedingly organized, friendly, and personable; possess high follow-through skills, be professional, and extremely efficient and detail oriented as well as totally proficient in Microsoft Office programs. We are seeking a bright, friendly individual who will make a great first impression for our firm at the front desk. Primary responsibility will be answering a multi-line phone system, greeting clients, and miscellaneous administrative tasks including, but not limited to completing forms, data entry, marketing, scheduling calls & appointments, planning events, and going above and beyond to make our office a better place for both our team and for our clients. Job responsibilities are never limited to what is told; we value our relationship and want you to treat our office & clients as your home.
Financial services licenses, as well as experience and understanding of insurance and investment products are a plus, but not required; we are always willing to hire the “right person” over related experience.
